Fairly sure that the floppy wee bundle was going to drift off and away we sat and nursed him when SUDDENLY his eyes popped wide open, he leapt out my arms, ran across the table, did a flight round the room settling on the curtains!! I leapt up & grabbed him round his wings to avoid further damage and WOW I had never felt talons like it. My assistant had to peel him off my hand and pop him in a box while we laughed with surprise and joy.
